On 30 July 2026, His Excellency Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of Thailand, attended the Reception in Celebration of the 27th Anniversary of the Throne Day of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of the Kingdom of Morocco as Guest of Honour at Park Hyatt Hotel, Bangkok. On this occasion, he extended his congratulations to the Government and people of Morocco and conveyed his best wishes for the good health and happiness of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

The Vice Minister highlighted the longstanding relations between Thailand and Morocco which have spanned over four decades at the royal, government, and people-to-people levels, as well as the close development cooperation between the two countries. He also underscored Morocco’s constructive engagement with ASEAN and the potential to further expand bilateral cooperation across a wide range of areas, including agriculture, food security, renewable energy, green industries, the digital economy, tourism, trade, and investment.
