On 13^th February 2023 H.E. Mr. Sarun Charoensuwan, Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Thailand attended the Reception on the occasion of the National Day of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the 44^th Anniversary of the Victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Bangkok.

On this occasion, Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Thailand delivered his remarks stressing the importance of Thai - Iranian bilateral relations which has a rich history dating back centuries since the Ayudhaya and Persian period. His remarks also highlighted the current cordial relationship and multifaceted cooperation including trade, tourism, science and innovation, and education.
