On the occasion of the 60th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Thailand and Sri Lanka, Thailand and Sri Lanka agreed to cooperate in organizing variety of activities to celebrate this auspicious occasion throughout the year 2015.

 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand and the Ministry of External Affairs of Sri Lanka will jointly conduct the Logo Design Competition under the theme “Connectivity for Shared Prosperity”.

 

The contestant can submit logo design at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of each side, on 18 August – 12 September 2014. The joint committee will consider logo designs at Colombo and will announce the winner on 19 September 2014.

 

The qualified entries will be Thai or Sri Lankan at the age of 18-35 years. For Thai national, please submit logo design together with the application form to the Department of South Asia, Middle East and African Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, Sri Ayutthaya Road, Bangkok 10400 by mentioning “Logo Design Competition for 60th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Thailand and Sri Lanka”. For Sri Lankan national, please kindly submit logo design to the Ministry of External Affairs of Sri Lanka, Colombo.

 

Contestant can submit more than 1 design piece, within 12 September 2014. The selected winner will be granted the prize at the amount of 100,000 Sri Lankan Rupees or approximately 25,000 Baht. The prize presentation will take place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of either side, by the end of September 2014.
