On 1 December 2023, H.E. Mr. Worawoot Pongprapapant, Director-General of the Department of South Asian, Middle East and African Affairs, warmly welcomed H.E. Mr. Agostinho André de Carvalho Fernandes, Ambassador of the Republic of Angola to Thailand.

Both sides discussed ways and means to strengthen bilateral relations and promote a way of cooperation in all levels such as development cooperation and multilateral cooperation, and agreed to promote exchanges of high-level visits.
